Reservations

We provide detailed and objective descriptions of all our items.

If you have any questions before placing an order, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Primarily accept payments via bank transfer.

For international payments, we can accept PayPal with prior approval; however, any additional PayPal fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For purchases over 600 euros, we offer installment payments upon prior agreement.

The payment process is as follows:

- 1. Confirm your purchase with a 20% deposit, at which point we will hold the item.

- 2. After 30 days, a payment of 40% of the total amount is due.

- 3. After 60 days, the remaining 40% must be paid.

- 4. We will ship your order once all payments are completed.

(Note: These timelines may be adjusted.)

Refunds will be issued for non-compliance, excluding the initial 20% deposit.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipping method will be agreed with the buyer.

We will ship your item immediately after we have received the payment.

All objects are packed very securely in our own special made boxes without any extra cost.

Shipping costs are assumed by the buyer.

In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will kindly help the buyer making arrangements only if a shipping insurance has been contracted. We can only refund the claim once we have been paid by the insurance company.

As professional sellers, we have a contract to ship weapons via DHL and UPS.

Returns

Returns are accepted. In the event of not being satisfied with your purchase, once you have received it, we must be notified within the next 2 days. Only in this case you will be able to return it. Once the item is received, if it is in the same condition as it was sent, we will refund the amount via bank transfer. The shipping costs and bank charges/taxes will be covered by the buyer.

Sales, purchases or the possession of weapons are subject to strict laws and national regulations. Please make sure you are familiarized with these laws and regulations in your country BEFORE you purchase one of our items. The sale of weapons is forbidden to anyone under 18 years old.
